The centre of public access is equipped with the modern devices produced by the world leading companies like Perkin-Elmer, Mettler-Toledo, Fritsch, Fann, OFITE, Haake, Philips, Vinci Technologies and other.
Directions of the Centre's activity
- ecological projects and monitoring of background and technogenic pollutionof the environment and subsurface in the process of exploitation in accordance with the federaland regional laws;
- studying the elementary composition of natural water, including subsoil water and their geochemical features;
- studying chemical compounds of natural and artificial origin polluting the environment;
- laboratory control and API analysis of drill mud and grout as well as other process liquids;
- studying the chemical constitution of stratal water and oil, the constitution and features of asphalt, resin, and paraffin materials, salt deposits, and chemical agents udes in bore-hole drilling;
- studying complex organic and metal-organic compounds, including oil components, which is especially important in geochemical survey of prospective sites and oil search
- studying and elaborating the composition of grouting, bore-hole and other liquids for the oil industry
- studying radiation of the territories, living and industrial units, the soil, the atmosphere, buildign materials and constructions
- hydrogeochemical research and elaborating the technology of artificial geochemical barriers to prevent the pollution of surface and subsurface waters, including the purpose of waterproofing mud pits.
