Nizhnevartovsk Oil Technical School

Founded on

12 April, 1984 by Order of the Ministry of Oil Industry № 221.

Number of students:

over 1250.

Students have an opportunity to gain work experience and be employed upon graduation in 30 local businesses.

The administrative and teaching staff participate in grant competitions conducted by Education and Science Department of the Autonomous Okrug. In 2006 the Oil Technical school became the winner in two Governors grant programmes.

In 2007 seven research projects were worked out. Nizhnevartovsk Oil Technical School won the first prize among high professional education institutions of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra.
