Nefteyugansk training and consulting office gave rise to Pyt -Yakh Industrial College to train specialists of high professional education for Pyt-Yakh oil-and-gas producing companies. Since 1 April, 2008 the latter has enjoyed the legal status of Yugra State University branch.
