September, 2004.

The Faculty of Ob-Ugric Philology and the Faculty of Philology had merged to give rise to the Institute of Language, History and Culture of the Peoples of Yugra.

8 Doctors of Science, 27 Candidates of Science. Visiting Professors from Hungary, Germany and Finland are invited to the Institute to deliver lectures.
