Today, Yugra State University has 22 agreement-based partnerships with universities and research and training centres from 10 countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary, the United States, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
Since June 2006 Yugra State University has been a member of the University of the Arctic (UArctic) – a cooperative network of universities, colleges, and other organizations committed to higher education and research in the North. In 2007 the University joined the International Association of Finno-Ugric Peoples.
The University is actively participating in international projects funded by various international programmes and funds: TACIS, INTAS, 6th EU Framework Programme, Ministry of Science and Education of Germany (BMBF), European Commission-Directorate General (JRC, Ispra, Italy), NORDEP (Canada), UNESCO. |
