YUSU GETS NEW INTERNATIONAL PARTNER
Yugra State University has expanded its variety of internartional partners due to a new associate from Slovakia.

– Matej Bel University of the Banska Bystrica Region, Slovakia signed a cooperation agreement with our university, – said Oksana Gololobova, head of YUSU international cooperation office. – Priority areas of the future collaboration will be academic exchange, joint research activities, promotion and hosting cultural events.

Matej Bel University is located in the city center of Banska Bystrica and named after Matej Bel, the prominent Slovak-Hungarian scientist of XVIII century. It was established on June 1, 1992 following the merging of two branches of Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and Comenius University in Bratislava.

The university comprises the following faculties:
Faculty of Economics;
Faculty of Humanities;
Faculty of Political and International Studies;
Faculty of Natural Sciences;
Faculty of Pedagogics;
Faculty of Law.

YUSU is pleased to announce that its students may start apply for their academic exchange with Matej Bel University from now on.
