May 29, the Yugra State University Academic Senate met to address a number of important issues associated with performance efficiency and implementation of a University Development Program.

In particular, the meeting considered performance factors to assess its teaching staff, quoted a tuition fee for a supplementary education program "Russian Language and General Disciplines for Foreign Nationals" for the 2018/19 academic year, and adopted the Yugra State University Development Program Management Regulations.

"The educational system reformatting is underway in our university, thus we need to address a number of pressing challenges so as to testify our good performance," said University Rector Tatiana Karminskaya. "YUSU should become a hub of unique modules specific for our region i.e. oil, gas and ethnic culture. Our goal is to involve as many partners interested in their advancement as possible, as well as to develop unique modules and become even more attractive for students."
