Yugra State University and the University of Man, Ivory Coast, have struck an agreement of intent following the African delegation's visit to the Russian university, as the X International IT Forum with BRICS and SCO participation is underway in the Ugra's capital city of Khanty-Mansiysk. 

The accord sets forth interests of the two parties in holding joint activities within educational and scientific cooperation development.  

YUSU and the University of Man express commitment to implement student exchange, including internships, as well as academic staff mobility aimed at delivering lectures and workshops. Either institutions have voiced support for conducting further joint research featuring general engineering, AI robotic technology development, together with economic, ethnic, religious, linguistic, social-demographic and adaptive processes studies in both countries.

The signatories to the agreement were Yugra State University Rector Tatiana Karminskaya and President of the Tonkpi Region Council, National Assembly Deputy Abdallah Albert Toikeusse Mabr.

As the signing ceremony wrapped up, the guest delegation was invited to have a guided tour around the university-based laboratories and research centers.
