The Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug ? Yugra is the major strategic partner of Yugra State University.
Upon the agreement between the two partners, the university is carrying out training, retraining and advanced professional training of personnel, implementing scientific and research project, meeting the needs and requirements of Yugra.

The University made over 20 cooperation agreements with the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug ? Yugra organizations and establishments. The major objectives of this cooperation is to provide students with the places for practical training in a working environment, to implement joint scientific and research projects, to facilitate the employment of the university graduates by the regional organizations and enterprises.
