All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with household appliances. Every flat has a kitchen, a lavatory and a shower. The halls of residence are equipped with public pay phones, storage rooms. There is a laundry with automatic washing machines in every building. Two halls of residence are equipped with computer rooms with internet access.

Pursuant to the Federal Law On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education the accommodation fees for all the students living on campus do not exceed 5% of the their scholarship.
