Costs and expenses related to the conference participation (transport, accommodation, meals, etc.) are to be covered by the sending part.
Working languages: Russian and English.
Registration fee: free of charge.
Form of participation: oral report followed by paper publication (internal participation); publication of the article without appearing (distance participation).
Application submission deadline: through 11:00 pm (Moscow time), 20 November 2016.

The conference organizers welcome Russian and foreign universities students of any attendance. Each contributor is entitled to provide max. one paper for in-presence participation and max. two papers for distance participation (those participants who wish to appear in person are to participate only in one conference track).
All submitted papers will be subject to verification by the Anti-Plagiarism system (required paper authenticity is min. 50%). Contributors with no academic advisers will not be considered. Papers are not subject to correction prior to publication. Papers that do not meet the requirements for abstracts submission are not admitted for publication.
All participants will be issued the certificates of participation and the collection of conference proceedings. Prizewinners of the in-presence section will be announced and awarded prior to the closing address.
