Our university has started the admission campaign
It started on 20 June at 9.00, the applications are received in campus building 6. According to the tradition, the first 10 applicants will be given souvenirs from the university.
Today in the morning a commission examined the admission committee's offices. The rector, Tatiana Karminskaya, the vice-rector for academic affairs Roman Kuchin, the executive secretary of the admission committee Olga Sitnikova and the head of the facilities administration Irina Cheremisina overviewed the rooms, information boards and facilities for the committee's work. Room 201 is for the the entrants to the Institute of Law and the Institute of the Humanities, and room 202 is economics, engineering and IT.
The university has organised a comfortable area for the parents and the entrants, with air conditioning, tables and pouffes. The members of the commission help the entrants to fill in the forms. One of the responsibilities of the committee is checking the information in the applications.
Besides, to cover the vast territory of our okrug (autonomous area), the "field teams" receive applications in the cities where our university has its regional branches and in some other places: Nefteyugansk, Lyantor, Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk and Kurgan.
This year the university offers 451 state-funded places.
