Employees of YuSU International Office told their Hungarian colleagues about Yugra region
In order to promote the university's international cooperation and internationalize its main activities, the staff of the International Office held a series of online meetings with Hungarian school graduates with the support of the Russian House in Budapest. There were three meetings in total.
Employees of Yugra State University visited, although online, Hungarian cities: Budapest, Szekszárd and Nyiregyhaza. During the meetings, Alina Urazbekova, an employee of the Russian House in Budapest, spoke about Russian holidays and educational opportunities in Russia, and the university staff-Oksana Gololobova (International Office) and Marina Glazova (Center of Northern Peoples) introduced Hungarian colleagues and high school students to Yugra State University, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and paid special attention to the Indigenous Small-Numbered Peoples living in the region, their traditions and major national holidays. The presentations of the university aroused great interest among Hungarian school students, many of them found similarities in cultures and thought about entering YuSU.
