«Professionalism»: a corporate professional standard is being developed at YuSU

YuSU hosted the coordination council of the ProfYugraTEK managing company on the implementation of the federal project "Professionalism". Industrial partners of the program - LLC Gazpromneft Energosistemy and JSC UTEC - Regional Networks - took part in the meeting.

The working group consisting of lecturers of YuSU and masters of production presented the developed corporate professional standard for the profession of «Electrician».

«The professional standard regulates the order of basic labor operations, a set of tools and mechanisms used to perform the work of the student undergoing internship, as well as a set of assessment tools for the successful passing of the demonstration exam by a graduate of the federal project «Professionalism» of the fuel and energy cluster, » - said Professor of the Polytechnic School Dmitry Osipov.

The council also presented a project of the educational program for the training direction 13.02.13 "Maintenance of electrical and electromechanical equipment". It was presented by Associate Professor of the Polytechnic School Alexander Lutarevich. It should be noted that representatives of Corporate University of PJSC Gazprom Neft took part in the formation of the graduate's competence matrix.

As part of joint work, employees of Yugra State University and representatives of Limited Liability Company Gazprom Neft Energosistemy and Joint Stock Company UTEC - Regional Networks made visits to employers' locations, where technological charts, equipment and tools of duty and operating personnel were analyzed and a list of required competencies was prepared.

The heads of secondary education institutions from Yugra (Megion Polytechnic College), YaNAO (Muravlenk Multi-Profile College), and Orenburg (Humanitarian-Technical College) took part in the work. The issues of network interaction for successful implementation of educational programs within the framework of FP "Professionalism" were discussed.
