The first-year international students from Africa: Taonga Priska Lungu, Chisala Mbulo, Herbert Eboa Osei took part in the online meeting with the Russian House in Lusaka and shared their impressions about their life in Khanty-Mansiysk, studying at YuSU, living in the dormitories and how they spend their free time.
«In general, students noted the friendly attitude of teachers, university staff and students from Russia, they really like to live in comfortable dormitories, which are 15 minutes away from the university,» - said Oksana Gololobova from YuSU International Cooperation Center.
«Erase all doubt and come to Yugra State University, because a big African family is waiting for you here! » - Herbert told the students from Lusaka.
By the way, 12 students from Zambia and Ghana have been already studying at YuSU.
At the end of the meeting, the Zambian friends sang a soulful song in Russian, «We Wish You Happiness».
«We are not saying goodbye! We are looking forward to new meetings, projects and, of course, new international students to the preparatory department and to study at YuSU, » - noted Oksana Gololobova.
