Stipend for talented students (additional)

The stipend can be granted to the students of full-time budget bachelor’s, master’s and specialist’s degree educational programs, including international students, for achievements in the one of following fields of activities:

• Academic;

• Scientific;

• Social;

• Cultural;

• Sport.

Criteria for the stipend for academic achievements (one or several must be met):

1. Student must have only “Excellent” marks for at least the two last assessments;

2. Student has awards for project activities during one year before applying for the stipend;

3. Student is a winner or medalist of international, All-Russian, regional or institutional academic competition during one year before applying for the stipend.

If the student has any failed examinations, the stipend cannot be granted on the first criterion.

Criteria for the stipend for scientific achievements (one or several must be met):

1. Student has awards for results of a scientific research; student has documents certifying his or her exclusive right for the results of intellectual activity (patent or certificate); grant for executing of scientific research during one year before applying for the stipend;

2. Student has a publication in an international, All-Russian, regional or institutional scientific journal during one year before applying for stipend during one year before applying for the stipend.

Criteria for the stipend for social achievements (one or several must be met):

1. Student took part on regular basis in socially significant activities of cultural, human rights or public-good nature, organized by the university or with its participation, during one year before applying for the stipend. Student’s participation must be certified by documents;

2. Student took part on regular basis in covering of socially significant events, social life of the university during one year before applying for the stipend.

Criteria for the stipend for cultural and creative achievements (one or several must be met):

1. Student was awarded for results of cultural and creative activity within the framework of the university or other organization’s activity, including international, All-Russian, regional or institutional competitions during one year before applying for the stipend;

2. Presentation by student of works of literature or art, created by him or her, during one year before applying for the stipend. Must be certified by documents;

3. Student took part on regular basis in public cultural events and competition during one year before applying for the stipend.

Criteria for the stipend for sport achievements (one or several must be met):

1. Student was awarded for results of sport activity, including international, All-Russian, regional or institutional competitions during one year before applying for the stipend;

2. Student took part on regular basis in public sport events and competition during one year before applying for the stipend.

3. Student has complied with the requirements and standards for the golden mark of “All-Russian sport and health complex “Fit for Labor and Defense” for corresponding age group.

The amount of the stipend:

From 8,500 to 13,500 rubles.

The stipend is paid for half a year each month the day of payment of the regular academic stipend.
