Yugra state university has five scientific and study centres:

  • Control systems and IT
  • The centre of preservation and research study of the indigenous minorities of the North
  • Environmental problems of oil-producing areas
  • Hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon crudes: investigation, extraction and processing
