Graduates of YuSU defended their theses in the "startup as a diploma" format

On June 21-22, the defense of the graduate qualification works of students of the Higher School of Digital Economy in the "Management" training direction was held. Four works were submitted for defense in the "startup as a diploma" format, three of which were completed by teams, and one by individual:

Danila Andreev, Pavel Blinov, Evgeniya Novitskaya: "Development of business plan and organizational structure of digital design studio "Ermak" (supervisor - associate professor Anastasia Ustyuzhantseva);

Victoria Vikulina, Alevtina Rodzyanova and Lyubov Rusinova: "Development of business plan for creation of custom-made clothing with cultural ornaments of Yugra peoples" (supervised by associate professors Ladyzhenskaya T.P. and Lina Khromtsova);

Ekaterina Kosenkova, "Development of business plan and financial model for digital tourism product in creative industries" (supervised by Associate Professor Elena Kotsyrko);

Ksenia Volosnikova, Kristina Osipova, Daria Nedorezova - "Development of business plan for the creation of a scanner application for retail objects" (supervisor Dr. of Economics, Associate Professor Dina Bekbergenova).

All young entrepreneurs participated and became winners in the technological acceleration program within the framework of cooperation between Yugra State University and the NTI Platform.

Two projects "Ermak Digital Design Studio" and "NYOP" are currently operating businesses.

The participants of the startups are registered as individual entrepreneurs and self-employed.

With the help of "My Business" Fund of Yugra Entrepreneurship Support, the "NYOP" project team managed to get a trademark "Made in Yugra!" for their products, the "Ermak" project appeared in the showcase of "My Business Yugra".

Also the early career entrepreneurs passed the first stage of competitive selection and final defense of the program "Student startup" in the direction "Creative industries", held by the Foundation for Assistance to Innovations within the federal project "Platform of university technological entrepreneurship", the grant size of 1 million rubles is provided.

As Andrey Zubarev, Deputy General Director of "My Business" Fund of Yugra Entrepreneurship Support, noted, "Students who have experience in acceleration programs and business are very different from their groupmates. They have skills of self-presentation: they have good speech and answer the questions confidently".
