International cooperation: YuSU and Dezhou Vocational Institute of Engineering and Technology

On the platform of the XIII Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of the Far East and Siberia of the Russian Federation and North-Eastern Regions of the People's Republic of China, Yugra State University signed a cooperation agreement with Dezhou Vocational Technical Institute.

Roman Kuchin, Rector of YUSU, and Zhu Guoqian, Rector of Denzhou Institute signed the document.

The parties agreed to develop joint bachelor's degree educational projects in specialties: "Management", "Electricity and Electrical Engineering", "Informatics and Computer Science", training of highly qualified specialists of international level in the applied sphere.

The interaction between the two universities also implies the opportunity for students to study on the basis of two universities: Russia and China, and to receive two diplomas of higher education.

"Our joint bachelor's degree program involves studying on the basis of two universities: Russia and China, according to the 3+2 scheme. This means that for the first 3 years students will study in China, intensively learning Russian, and then they will come to Khanty-Mansiysk for 2 years, complete their studies in their specialty, defend their VKR and receive two diplomas of education - Russian and Chinese. We are honored to cooperate with Dezhou Vocational Institute. They, like us, are interested in the development of talented young people in various fields, and I am sure our partnership has huge potential!", - said Roman Kuchin.
