Professors of the YuSU Higher School of Law wrote a commentary to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Professors of the Higher School of Law of Yugra State University wrote a commentary to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Head of the school Stanislav Rozenko commented on some norms on crimes against public health and public morals, and Professor Denis Goncharov commented on articles on the specifics of criminal liability and punishment of minors, on crimes against justice and on crimes against the order of governance.

Let us hope that the commentaries will be received in a positive way", - commented Stanislav Rozenko.

We note that the extensive compilation - more than 1200 pages - Commentary to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was published in the beginning of 2024 in the publishing house " Prospekt" (Moscow) (general and special parts). The publication is the result of the efforts of the scientific and pedagogical staff of several universities, including YuSU.
