YuSU student got the prestigious scholarship in the field of ecology

The Vernadsky Foundation has published names of the winners for the scholarship competition. Artem Kulik, a 4th year student of the Higher Ecological School of YuSU, became the winner of the scholarship among 36 students representing various Russian universities.

We would like to add that the monthly scholarship can be awarded to bachelors, masters, specialist students, postgraduate and doctoral students of Russian and foreign universities, who have excellent academic results, conduct scientific and research activities in the field of sustainable development, solve practical issues of development and improvement of the fuel and energy complex of Russia, are engaged in the development of applied aspects of environmental education and awareness.

The winner has not yet decided where to spend the scholarship. However, he is sure that the scholarship of the Vernadsky Foundation is, first of all, an opportunity for development, and that scientific publications influenced the awarding of the scholarship. It should be noted that Artem Kulik conducts research at the international polygon "Mukhrino", and the results of scientific work are presented at numerous conferences of regional, national and international levels.

It should be mentioned that the scholarship program has been implemented since 1996. The Foundation unites scholarship holders and helps them to improve their personal and professional competencies through participation in projects and acquaintance with experts. By paying a scholarship during the academic year, the Foundation encourages active life ecological position and supports the development of the scholarship holders. Based on the results of participation in the program, the most active scholarship holders are invited by the Foundation's decision to join the Association of Scholarship holders and become regular participants of the Foundation's events.
