Teachers from China are having internships in YuSU

Teachers of Zhejiang International Maritime College Li Xiaoyan and Zhang Xuejun arrived to Yugra State University for a 3-month internship.

Under the guidance of experienced curators - Head of the Polytechnic School Dmitry Osipov and Associate Professor of the Higher Oil School Dmitry Korneev - the interns will get acquainted with the latest theoretical, methodological and technological achievements of the University, with modern methods of scientific research, processing and interpretation of experimental data, acquire practical skills, competencies and experience of professional activity in the areas of their scientific interests. Joint international publications are expected on the results of the internship.

It should be reminded that at the beginning of the year YuSU signed a memorandum of cooperation with Zhejiang International Maritime College. The parties agreed on international cooperation in the field of petrochemistry. Within the framework of the document, educational programs will be developed and double degree programs will be implemented. The main partners will be the School of Petrochemical Technologies, a branch of the college and the Higher Oil School of YuSU.

"The signing of the document is an important stage in the development of cooperation with China and our partners. The agreements referred to in the document open new prospects for students and employees of our university,” Rector of YeSU Roman Kuchin emphasized at the time.
