The university cross-country skiing team took part in the 8th All-Russian Winter Student Games

The team of Yugra State University took part at the 8^th All-Russian Winter Student Games in Krasnoyarsk.

According to the results, our team won gold in the team sprint among 49 other team-participants.

“It was my second visit to Krasnoyarsk, which helped me quickly recognize the features of this place. I fully felt the work of a coach, serviceman, and representative. It was hard but, at the same time, pleasant. I am satisfied with the result,” commented Arseny Kryanin, head of YuSU ski club.

In addition, our student, Vladislav Bryzgalov, has fulfilled the standard of "Master of Sports" in cross-country skiing.

Vladislav is from Udmurtia. He was born and grew up in “Champions’ village" as the village is called nowadays, because of a huge number of World or Russia champions were born here.
