YuSU and the Russian House in Cairo strengthen cooperation

Online meeting between Yugra and Egypt

As part of strengthening international cooperation and promoting Yugra as a region for study and life, a teleconference between students of Yugra State University and students of the Youth Club in Egypt took place. The event was organized by the Center for International Cooperation of Yugra State University with the support of the Russian House in Cairo.

The event was opened by Oksana Hassab El Nabi, curator of social and humanitarian projects of the Russian House in Cairo. Oksana Gololobova, Head of the Center for International Cooperation, gave a welcoming speech and presented the presentation “Yugra - a Territory for Life and Study”.

The program continued with the quiz “How well do you know Yugra?”, which was a great way to introduce them to the features of the Okrug.

As the final part of the event, the participants of the teleconference discussed their impressions of Yugra and were able to ask each other questions related to living conditions and cultural features of the region.

The event was an important step in promoting Yugra on the international level, demonstrating the attractiveness of the region for living and studying. It also laid the foundation for future cooperation between Russian and Egyptian students, promoted popularization of the Russian language and culture, and attracted the attention of foreign applicants.
